• 2 pounds frozen octopus
• 1 parsley
• 1 sprig oregano
• 2 fully chopped green onions
• 2 bay leaves
• 4 crushed garlic cloves
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1tbsp paprika
• 1/4 tbsp cayenne
• Salt

Preparation

Firstly, you have to boil the octopus in a bowl for 2 minutes. Then add oregano, fennel fronds, bay leaves and green onions in another bowl. Now you have to cut the boiled octopus into several pieces and mix with them properly. After that, you have to heat the olive oil with medium heat and grill the octopus with paprika, garlic, and cayenne. You can add a certain amount of black pepper and salt.
